After communicating your interest in the Meadows to our New Home Consultant, you will be contacted and provided with the next steps to the Meadows home buying process. In the meantime, you may download, complete and submit the self-qualification form at your earliest possible convenience to initiate the Meadows home buying process.

Poway's first-time homebuyer program, Supporting Home Ownership in Poway (SHOP) helps homebuyers purchase a home in Poway with the help of a Redevelopment Agency-funded second mortgage. Purchasing a home through this Program provides tax benefits of homeownership, stabilized housing costs and the satisfaction of residing in a beautiful community.
Each Energy Star rated home at the Meadows offers exciting features including, but not limited to, a solar electric roof system, fully landscaped front and rear yards, privacy fencing, tankless water heaters, heat and air conditioning systems, and granite kitchen countertops.
