We believe project success can be directly attributed to the quality of our entire team.

All of our subcontractors must subscribe to Legacy's goals and core values. This includes earning and establishing trustworthy relationships with our clients, delivering on established timelines and budgets, and embracing sustainability. We fully expect to complete EVERY project within (or improve upon) the original, mutually established budgets and time frames. We utilize tried and proven planning in the pre-construction phase and disciplined execution in the construction build-out.
