Legacy Building Services has begun work on a new four-story 50-unit student housing project near San Diego State University. Located adjacent to the SDSU campus, the eco-friendly, LEED Certified project will include 2-levels of subterranean parking, a multipurpose room, two open courtyards, and ground-floor retail.
